At Taste-Tacular of Middle Georgia, we take pride in crafting small-batch, made-to-order treats with the highest standards of quality, freshness, and care. Because our products are perishable and custom-prepared, we have a limited refund policy. Please review the following terms carefully:
Order Accuracy & Quality Guarantee
- If you receive the wrong item, incorrect quantity, or your order arrives damaged due to our error, we will gladly replace the item(s) at no additional cost or issue a refund.
- To qualify, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the product/packaging.
Perishable Goods Policy
- Due to the nature of our handcrafted candies and specialty products, we cannot accept returns once items have been shipped or delivered.
- Refunds will not be issued for personal taste preferences, improper storage, or delays caused by third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not already begun.
- Once preparation or shipping has started, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers once packages leave our facility. However, we will assist you in filing claims with the carrier if necessary.
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Refunds cannot be issued for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Special Events & Custom Orders
- Large, custom, or event-specific orders require a deposit that is non-refundable once confirmed.
- If Taste-Tacular of Middle Georgia must cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
