1. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). We’ve chosen USPS for its reliability, tracking capabilities, and wide coverage across the United States.


2. Processing & Lead Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, special promotions, or holidays.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail (depending on weight and region).
  • Expedited Shipping: May be available upon request; please contact us directly prior to placing your order.

4. Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and USPS service times.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect actual delivery times.


5. Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly at http://www.usps.com or through the link provided in your confirmation email.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Taste-Tacular of Middle Georgia, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize you’ve made an error, contact us immediately at (478) 216-7766 or jdw_foundingmember@tastetacularofmidga.com. We will do our best to correct it if your order has not yet been processed.


7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).
  • Include photos of the damaged packaging and items, if applicable.
  • We will work with USPS to file a claim and ensure a suitable resolution (replacement or refund, as appropriate).

Taste-Tacular of Middle Georgia, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather disruptions, natural disasters, or postal strikes).


8. Local Pickup or Delivery

Local pickup or delivery may be available within Warner Robins, Georgia upon request. Please contact us directly for arrangements prior to placing your order.
